Ms. Weiss is an executive search consultant working primarily in the energy sector. Most recently she was a Partner in the Houston office of Korn/Ferry International and a member of the firm's energy specialty practice. With nearly 15 years of recruiting experience, she focuses on identifying senior executives for global energy and natural resources firms. Her international experience, coupled with her contacts in a variety of energy-related businesses, contributes to her extensive knowledge and access to global expatriates and local executives.
Ms. Weiss' recruiting experience spans many aspects of the energy industry— serving major integrated oil companies, independent oil and gas companies and emerging organizations in the non-jurisdictional sector.
Before joining Korn/Ferry, she was a Partner at LAI, a major executive search firm, and, prior to that, served as Research Director for another major search firm.
Ms. Weiss is an active member of Leadership America, Leadership Texas, and Women Energy Network, as well as a volunteer for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Ms. Weiss earned her BA in Italian Literature (cum laude) from Vassar College and is a graduate of the management program at Jones School of Business at Rice University.
